I am having that exact same emotion with Skinnytaste's Southwestern Black Bean Salad.
I made it twice this week. And I will make it again as soon as it's gone. It goes great with anything as a low carb side dish! Even though Aidan will pretty much try anything I can't get him to try this one yet though, so Ryan and I will continue devouring it ourselves.
I want to marry it.
