When Brittany called and told me her A/C was out and asked if she could come hang out, of course the answer was YES! Woo hoo, spur of the moment playdate!
The boys were super excited because they absolutely adore Britt and Baby Ethan.
Mason has been known to say things such as "I wub Bwittany, I wanna snuggle with Bwittany" and
" I don't touch da baby"....LOL
Well Britt brought us a giant family sized feast from Pizza Hut so we ate and chatted while the boys played quietly in the living room.
SO it ended up that her AC was not able to be fixed that night so I insisted she stay the night at Casa de Lawless, and thankfully she took me up on it. She ran home to grab some things and came back.
Ryan was on nights anyway so I knew I could just toss Aidan in bed with me and then I brought Mason's little toddler bed in as well and set it up next to my bed. This left more than enough room in the boy's room for the air mattress for Britt, and the Pack n Play for Ethan.
We had a glass of wine, we chatted, I snuggled Baby E to sleep and then we all called it a night!
Mason stole my bunny right off my bed, and Ryan's "Doc" from his nightstand too, and I found him all snuggled with them....
The next morning Mason climbed in with Aidan and they snuggled a bit :)
Brittany had come back to stay the night after Aidan was asleep and she was gone super early since the baby had a Dr's appt that morning, so Aidan was totally panicked when he woke up and she wasn't there. He was convinced she never came and he was so upset! Haha poor buddy!
